Towards the end of last year we launched a new version of the ithlete ECG receiver. Version 3 boasts a range of benefits including cross platform compatibility (iOS & Android), increased range and a more robust design. We want to ensure our existing users benefit too and so are offering a limited time, exclusive Old Dongle Amnesty!

How it works

1. Purchase the new ithlete ECG receiver between January 15^th and February 15^th 2013
2. Once your order arrives send back your old receiver to us at the address below
3. Once it reaches us we will issue a 40% refund on the price of your recently purchased receiver

How do I get the new ithlete ECG receiver?

The receiver can be purchased here. You can buy the receiver individually or with our recommended chest strap monitor.

Your credit / debit / PayPal purchase will be processed by PayPal and we will dispatch your order to you asap via Royal Mail 1st Class Post (Airmail for overseas destinations).

Where do I send my old receiver?

Send a sealed envelope containing your old receiver, name & address to:

How long will the refund take?

All refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receipt of your old ithlete ECG receiver.
