A lot has changed from the old ithlete site, and many new features have been added, so the purpose of this blog post is to give you a brief tour.
Throughout the website we have extended the depth and direction of information available. We now provide sport specific info for runners, cyclists, triathletes and coaches as well as power, paddle and team sports. We have also provided more heart rate variability research and will continue to provide summaries as new research is released.
The new site brings the introduction of some new products for ithlete, and a whole new way of purchasing from us. New products currently include an all new improved ECG receiver and replacement chest straps – keep watching as there is much for due for release in the near future! The website offers a fully integrated shopping cart, simplifying and speeding up your transaction process. We appreciate that our customers are spread across the globe and so to ensure we respond to your needs we have now introduced multicurrency payment and premium delivery options. You can buy from the ithlete website in GBP, USD, EUR, CAD and AUS and premium delivery is available for a small surcharge to most destinations.
As well as the new products, how about dropping by to check out our blog and forum to stay abreast of all the latest heart rate variability (HRV) news and research? Or check out our ever increasing number of case studies? Better yet, drop us a line and become the star of our next case study!
As for the blog, we haven’t always found the time to keep it updated in the past. With renewed energy and promise to provide valuable and interesting posts we will be blogging once more! Along with ithlete news and developments we will be sharing our perspective on HRV research and industry news, training tips and much more with a variety of guest bloggers joining us. If there are any topics you’d particularly like to see why not comment below and we will see what we can do. Just add us on twitter or Facebook to keep up.
Finally don’t forget to check out the forum. This has been slightly restructured to ensure you get the best from it and find it easy to navigate. We will be monitoring the forum regularly and initiating discussions between our users on a host of topics, including overtraining experiences, training hints and tips, your ithlete scores analysed and much more.
If there is anything else you would like to see on the new website, or have feedback on what we have achieved so far please comment below – it would be great to hear from you!
