One of the most popular events of the year the Triathlon Show has been impressing triathletes since 2002 and this year will be no different. Athletes can participate in workshops, activities (including 10km run & SwimZone), seminars and much more!

Heart Rate Variability Seminar
At 11.30 Sunday 3rd March Simon Wegerif will be presenting a seminar on all things HRV. This will be a fantastic opportunity to get an overview of HRV, ask questions or understand how to build it in to your training programme to improve performance this season!

To redeem your prize
If you are selected to win you will be notified by direct message on Twitter or in line with the post on Facebook. We will then ask you to provide an email address to which we will send an exclusive code to redeem your tickets by following these simple steps.

Terms & Conditions
The competition is running from 9.00am Monday 25th February to 5.00pm Friday 1st March 2013 (GMT). Winners will be picked daily after 5.00pm GMT and notified directly. There is no cost of entry or prize redemption. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded and there is no cash alternative.
